Jenner Mortgage Analytics
HMDA data, 1990–2025 · Jenner Analytics
Jenner Mortgage Analytics is the US mortgage market as data: every mortgage application reported under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) from 1990 to 2025, cleaned and corrected, with each lender followed across years, name changes and mergers. It comes as a PostgreSQL database with a snowflake schema and a datamart that is easy to query, built and analysed with Jenner, Jenner Analytics' SAS-compatible software: Jenner runs programs written in the SAS language.
These pages are made from that data and those programs: the national market, the largest lenders in every state, and for each profiled lender its lending, its competitors and its fair-lending record.
