A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes accounted for 13.3% of its loans in 2025, against 2.5% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans), more than at over four in five of them. Its typical loan, $145,000, was smaller than peers' $175,000. Every loan was conventional; it made none backed by the government.
