A purchase lender
Four in five of its 810 loans in 2025 financed a home purchase; the rest were refinances. About a fifth, 21.5%, were insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), close to the share at similar lenders, meaning independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans. Its loan count grew 3%, in line with those lenders' 2%, though slower than the whole market's 10%.
