A manufactured-home lender
Purchases made up 84.9% of its lending, and nearly a third of its loans were on manufactured homes, higher than at almost every similar lender, meaning independent non-banks making between half and twice as many loans. Its typical loan was $235,000, against $315,000 for those peers. The manufactured-home share may explain the smaller loans.
