Lending nearly stopped, then restarted
It made 373 home loans in 2020, 257 in 2021 and 177 in 2022. Then the count dropped to 12 in 2023 and 8 in 2024. The 29 loans of 2025 are a rise of 262%, faster than almost every similar lender (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans), whose lending fell 3% in the typical case. From so low a base, that rise says little; its filings do not say why lending fell so far, or why it is returning.
