Summit Funding is a California-based home-purchase lender that ranked second of 300 lenders in Eugene-Springfield, OR, one of its largest markets.
It ranked 2 of 300 lenders in Eugene-Springfield with a share of 7.0%, down from 8.6%; United Wholesale Mortgage ranked first. The fall may follow its slightly smaller total lending while the whole market grew 10%. It also ranked 10 of 525 in Chattanooga, where its share rose to 2.1% from 2.0%, and 11 of 456 in non-metro California.
