A home-improvement lender
Home improvement accounted for 40.0% of its 60 loans in 2025 and other purposes for 41.7%; purchases were just 3.3%. That fits its small loans: the typical one was $60,000, against $95,000 at similar lenders (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans). All of its lending was conventional, with no government-backed loans.
