An FHA lender
Just over half its loans, 51.8%, were FHA loans, against 16.0% at similar lenders (independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans). Only 46.6% were conventional, against 77.4% at its peers. Purchases made up 69.4% of its lending. Its loans are also large: the typical one was $535,000, against $320,000, higher than about nine in ten similar lenders.
