Vision Lending Services is a North Carolina home-purchase lender that makes four loans in ten to veterans, a business no similar lender matches.
Loans guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs made up 41.1% of its lending in 2025, more than at any similar lender (non-bank or government lenders making between half and twice as many loans), whose typical share was 0.0%.
