An FHA lender
FHA loans were 62.3% of its lending, against 22.9% at similar lenders (independent mortgage companies making between half and twice as many loans), more than at almost any of them. Five years earlier the share was 27.2%, so the tilt is recent. Conventional loans, 57.1% of its book then, were 32.1%. More than half its loans, 54.8%, were refinancings.
