Its loans have fallen each year since 2021, to 94 in 2022, 36 in 2024 and 30 in 2025. The latest fall, 17%, was close to that of similar lenders (non-bank or government lenders making between half and twice as many loans), which fell 14%, while the whole market grew 10%. Its typical rate was 3.00% in 2020 and 6.49% in 2025; dearer money could account for much of the fall since its peak.
