An FHA lender
FHA loans made up 43.6% of its lending, against 18.7% at similar lenders, independent non-banks making between half and twice as many loans. That is a higher share than at nearly nine in ten of them, and up from 19.7% five years before. Home purchases made up 79.0% of its loans, and manufactured homes almost none.
