A refinance lender
Refinances made up 73.8% of its loans and purchases 23.1%. Every loan was conventional; it made no government-backed loans, and neither did the typical similar lender, meaning non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans. Nearly a quarter of its loans were jumbo (larger than the conforming limit), against 1.1% at peers, a share that held steady from 2024.
