A shrinking count
It made 42 loans in 2023, 22 in 2024 and 19 in 2025. The 2025 fall, 14%, was steeper than the 8% at similar lenders, here savings institutions making between half and twice as many loans, while the whole market grew by 10%. With so few loans, a handful of applications either way moves the count a long way. It filed no reports for 2020 and 2021, gaps in the record rather than years without lending.
