An FHA lender
Loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) made up 78.5% of its lending, against 24.7% at the typical similar lender (independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans), the highest share in its group. That share has been falling, from 90.0% a year earlier, as conventional loans rose to 21.5%.
