Back to its usual size
Its loans fell 45% in 2025, from 40 to 22. Similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans) fell 10%, and the whole market rose 10%. But 2024 was its busiest year since at least 2018; it made 32 loans in 2018 and 20 in both 2019 and 2023, so 2025 looks more like a return to its usual level than a collapse. It filed no reports for 2020 to 2022, gaps in the record rather than years without loans.
