Greenway Mortgage Funding is a New Jersey purchase lender that makes larger loans than most similar lenders, and it held its volume flat in 2025 while it opened new markets across the country.
Its typical loan was $440,000, against $335,000 among similar lenders, here non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans. That is higher than at nearly nine in ten of them. With only slightly more loans than the peers' typical count, it lent $139.9 million, against their $80.1 million.
