A small book of loans
Its count has moved between 20 and 49 loans a year: 49 loans in 2018, 47 in 2020, then 23, 20 and 24. It filed no report for 2021 and 2022, when a lender making fewer than 100 closed-end loans a year need not report, so those years are gaps in the record, not years without lending. Last year's rise of 20% was faster than the 3% at similar lenders, savings institutions making between half and twice as many loans.
