Borrowers with low or moderate incomes (LMI) took 46.0% of its loans, against 21.7% at similar lenders (independent non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans). That is a higher share than at about nineteen in twenty of them. Its typical loan, $225,000, is smaller than at four in five similar lenders, where it is $335,000.
