The bank made between 182 and 194 home loans a year from 2019 to 2022. Then it made 83 in 2023 and 30 in 2024. A small rise to 35 in 2025, up 17%, left it below the 45 loans of the typical similar lender (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). Its filings do not say why lending fell so far; the bank may have chosen to make fewer home loans, or demand from its customers may have dropped.
