Its best position is in Bakersfield-Delano, where it ranked 13 of 407 lenders and its share edged up to 1.7% from 1.6%. In Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura it ranked 30 of 422, with a steady 0.7%. In the much larger Los Angeles market it is a minor player, at 292 of 757. It has lent in all three since it first reported in 2016.
