CV3 Financial Services arrived in 2025 as a national lender from its first report, with 4,886 loans worth $1.70 billion across 47 states.
Its first report covers 286 metros and 702 counties. It made more loans than about three in five similar lenders, which here means non-bank lenders making between half and twice as many loans. Its main state is Pennsylvania, though its largest market is Los Angeles, where it ranked 115 of 757 lenders.
Every loan was conventional, none on a manufactured home. Purchases made up 70.1% and refinances 28.7%. Its typical loan was $180,000, against $245,000 at peers, and its typical rate was 7.99%, against 7.50%.

In Baltimore-Columbia-Towson it took a 0.3% share in its first year and ranked 74 of 592, behind Rocket Mortgage and United Wholesale Mortgage. It also took 0.1% in Phoenix and Denver. With only one year of filings, whether it reported under another name before 2025 is a question its record cannot answer.
