Not a lender to home buyers
Every loan it made in 2025 was for a purpose other than buying, refinancing or improving a home. Its typical loan was $13.0 million, against $305,000 at similar lenders, meaning independent non-banks making between half and twice as many loans. Its filings give no borrower incomes, so lending to low- and moderate-income borrowers cannot be measured. The pattern fits lending on large properties, not single homes.
