A steep and sudden fall
Its loans dropped from 367 in 2021 to 120 in 2022 and then to 12 in 2023. They recovered to 39 in 2024 before falling 33% to 26 in 2025. Similar lenders, credit unions making between half and twice as many loans, slipped 5%, and the whole market grew 10%. Its record gives no reason for the collapse; whether it chose to step back from mortgages is an open question.
