Ardri, a Calabasas lender that first reported in 2025, made 741 conventional loans across 38 states, with more of them in majority-minority neighborhoods than at nine in ten similar lenders.
Ardri's 741 loans put it near the middle of similar lenders (lenders of the same type making between half and twice as many loans). They were spread across 148 metros and 236 counties, with California its main state. Every loan was conventional, as at its peers, and none was for a manufactured home.
Purchases made up 57.0% of its lending and refinancing 42.4%. Its typical loan, $335,000, was close to the $365,000 at similar lenders, and its typical rate, 7.12%, was near the middle too.

Some 53.4% of its loans were in majority-minority neighborhoods, against 36.1% at similar lenders, more than at nine in ten of them. Its biggest markets, including Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach and Houston-Pasadena-The Woodlands, may account for much of that.
