A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 36.0% of its loans, against 2.6% at similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans. Only about one in fifty of those lenders has a higher share. That may explain its small loans: the typical one was $65,000, against $175,000 for similar lenders, among the lowest of the group. Purchases were 56.0% of its lending.
