Lending in poorer neighborhoods
Of its 47 loans in 2025, 53.2% were in low- and moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods, against 16.7% at similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans). That is higher than nearly all of them. Majority-minority neighborhoods took 36.2%, against 8.2%. Yet only 20.0% of its borrowers were themselves LMI, near the peer figure of 23.8%, so many of its loans in poorer areas go to better-off buyers.
