Tewksbury Federal Credit Union, a small Massachusetts lender, makes only home-purchase loans, and its lending has risen in each reported year since 2020.
The credit union made 56 loans in 2025, up 27%. Similar lenders, credit unions making between half and twice as many loans, grew by 7%, and the whole market by 10%; it grew faster than about seven in ten of them. It made 13 loans in 2020 and 24 in 2022. It filed no report for 2021, a gap in the record rather than a year without lending.

Its largest market is Boston-Cambridge-Newton, where it ranks 381 of 664 lenders and has lent since 2009; Citizens Bank leads there. In Manchester-Nashua it ranks 254 of 344.
