City-neighborhood lending
Some 36.6% of its loans went to majority-minority neighborhoods, against 6.1% at the typical similar bank (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). That share is higher than at more than four in five of them. In low- and moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods the figures were 39.0% against 19.0%. With 41 loans, a handful either way moves these shares, but the gaps are wide.
