Lending in minority neighborhoods
Some 47.9% of its 48 loans in 2025 went to majority-minority neighborhoods, against 5.7% at the typical similar lender (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). That is higher than nine in ten of them, and the share was about as high in 2024. It also lent more in low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, 27.1% against 18.5%. The places it lends may account for much of this.
