A purchase lender with big loans
Home purchases made up 69.7% of its lending in 2025. Its typical loan was $255,000, against $95,000 at a typical similar lender (credit unions making between half and twice as many loans), larger than at more than nine in ten of them. The figure was $100,000 a year earlier, so a shift of this size on fewer than 100 loans should be read with care.
