A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 29.0% of its 100 loans, against 3.2% at the middle of similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans), more than at almost all of them. That may help explain why its typical loan, $95,000, was smaller than at about nine in ten peers, whose middle was $175,000. Every loan was conventional.
