Shrinking against the market
Its loans fell 14% in 2025, from 49 to 42, while those of similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans) rose 2% at the middle and the whole market rose 10%. Its growth was lower than at about three in four of them. It made 65 loans in 2023 and 66 in 2018; it filed no report for 2020 to 2022, which are gaps rather than years without lending. At this size a handful of borrowers can swing the count, and the figures do not say why it fell.
