MutualOne Bank makes few home loans but large ones: its typical loan in 2025 was $935,000, against $245,000 at similar savings institutions.
Jumbo loans, those larger than the conforming limit, made up 46.7% of its lending, while similar lenders made almost none. Its typical loan was larger than at nearly all of them. Five years before, its typical loan was $355,000 and jumbo loans were 16.5% of the total.
