Our analysis, 2025
IRCO Community Federal Credit Union, an Allentown-area lender, grew 35% in 2025 to 100 loans, nearly all for refinancing, home improvement and other purposes rather than purchases.
Its loans rose to 100 from 74, while similar lenders, credit unions making between half and twice as many loans, grew 8%. That was faster than at more than three in four of them. It filed no report from 2020 to 2022, gaps in the record rather than years without lending.
