A buyer's bank
Home purchases made up 71.3% of its loans and refinances 25.0%, with almost no home-improvement lending. Nearly every loan was conventional. Its typical loan was $240,000, larger than the $170,000 of similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans, and larger than at about three-quarters of them.
