A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes took a larger share of its lending than at about 96 in 100 similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans. That may help explain its small loans. Its typical loan was $85,000, half the $170,000 of similar lenders and among the lowest twentieth of them. Every loan was conventional, with none backed by a government agency.
