A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 25.3% of its loans, against 1.6% at similar lenders (national banks making between half and twice as many loans), more than at nearly all of them. Its typical loan, $105,000, was smaller than at more than nine in ten peers, whose typical loan was $185,000. Purchases made up 60.2% of its lending.
