Few loans, large ones
FFB Bank made 42 home loans in 2025, fewer than most similar lenders (banks of the same type making between half and twice as many loans). Its typical loan, though, was $1.3 million, against $165,000 for those peers, larger than at all but a few of them. Three in four of its loans were refinances. The data give no income share for its borrowers, so who they are cannot be read from these figures.
