Crossroads Bank is a small Texas bank that lends on manufactured homes far more than most similar lenders, and its loans fell 30% in 2025, to 73.
It made 73 loans, after 105 in both 2023 and 2024. Similar lenders (banks of the same type making between half and twice as many loans) grew 9%, and its change was lower than at nearly all of them. The data do not show why; for a bank this size, a change in one product line can move the total.
