Half to poorer borrowers
Low- and moderate-income (LMI) borrowers took 50.0% of its loans, up from 39.6% in 2024 and more than at about nineteen in twenty similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). LMI neighborhoods took a smaller share, 9.6% against 18.6% at similar lenders. That share depends on how many such neighborhoods lie in the 6 counties it serves.
