Low- and moderate-income (LMI) neighborhoods took 56.2% of its loans, against 18.5% at similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans. That is higher than at almost all of them. LMI borrowers took 43.3%, against 27.4%, higher than at nine in ten. This is not new: in 2020, 43.0% of its borrowers were LMI.
