A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 28.9% of its loans, against 2.6% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans), higher than nearly all of them. Such homes often cost less, which may help explain a typical loan of $125,000, lower than peers' $175,000. Purchases were 65.1% of originations.
