Built on manufactured homes
Similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans, put just 2.6% of their loans into manufactured homes. Bedford was higher than nearly all of them. Its typical loan was $75,000, against $170,000, among the lowest twentieth; manufactured homes may account for the smaller loans. Every loan was conventional, and just over half were for home purchase.
