Bank of Weston more than doubled its lending in 2025, to 42 loans, most of them refinances rather than home purchases.
Its loan count rose by 121%, from 19 to 42. Similar lenders (lenders of the same type making between half and twice as many loans) grew by 2% and the whole market by 10%; almost none of them grew as fast.
