A manufactured-home lender
Manufactured homes made up 27.5% of its loans, against 2.5% at similar lenders (lenders of the same type making between half and twice as many loans). Only about one in twenty of them had a higher share. Two-thirds of its loans were refinances. That mix keeps its loans small: the typical one was $105,000, against $165,000 at similar lenders.
