A homebuyer's bank
Home purchases made up 56.4% of its loans, refinances 25.5% and other purposes 14.5%, all conventional. Its typical loan, $135,000, was lower than at about three in four similar lenders (state member banks making between half and twice as many loans). Manufactured homes, 7.3% of its loans against 1.6% at peers, may explain some of that.
