A lender for modest earners
Borrowers with low and moderate incomes (LMI) took 54.3% of its 60 loans, against 26.9% at similar lenders (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). That is higher than nearly all of them. LMI neighborhoods took 35.0%, against 18.5%. Its typical loan, $125,000, was lower than at most peers, where it was $172,500, which fits that mix.
