Phelps County Bank filed its first HMDA report in 2025, and it looks much like its peers: 130 loans, mostly to buy homes, all of them conventional.
It made 130 loans, against 124 at a typical similar lender (state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans). Its typical loan, $175,000, matched theirs.
