A buyer's bank
Purchases made up 58.6% of its loans and refinancing 26.3%. Every loan was conventional. Its typical loan was $135,000, against $175,000 at similar lenders, state non-member banks making between half and twice as many loans. That was smaller than at about three in four of them.
